My coupon code isn’t working. What is going wrong?
Coupon codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear on the coupon. After entering the code, you must click the “Apply Coupon” button under the coupon code. Coupon codes are also unique, can only be used once, and only for the report type they were issued for. In addition, some coupons have an expiration date. Please make sure the coupon expiration date has not yet passed.
