Why is ERA-I available everywhere but not NNRP-D?
While both ERA-I and NNRP are global datasets, the NNRP-D was created by 3TIER using WRF to downscale the NNRP dataset over large, but not all, portions of the globe. NNRP-D data are available to download over most regions of the globe including the United States, South America, Europe, North and South Africa, the Middle East, Central and East Asia, and Australia.
